This is a reMiX on Starski's "Work It Out" and I felt it could go atmospheric like a Mofo so I just got the Grand Daddy Purp and went in! It reflects how tempos are getting faster and when you break it down to half time you can really hear the southern rap influence, by way of the brazilian clave found in much of todays contemporary hiphop/pop in the 808 snare and bass drum sounds.
